Shenzhen Rebe Technology builds cable and tunnel temperature monitoring systems and meter reading products that connect existing instruments to digital systems, for industrial plants, utilities and infrastructure operators; it also develops a multi-level energy management platform.

We lead with two products for export — cable temperature monitoring and meter reading. The energy management platform is the software layer those products feed: we can supply and describe it, but it has no English product page yet. Our export lines are the two products above; other business lines are not offered for export.
| Area | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Energy management platforms | Multi-level energy management for groups, parks, plants, workshops, lines and equipment: consumption query, intensity calculation, analysis and rule-based recommendations, benchmarking, energy flow analysis. We do not yet publish an English product page for this platform — ask us and we will send the technical material directly. |
| Cable & tunnel temperature monitoring | Fibre optic distributed temperature sensing: continuous distance-temperature profiles mapped onto real cable assets, with explainable health verdicts |
| Meter reading products | Cameras and edge boxes that read existing mechanical meters and analog gauges and publish values over Modbus RTU — without replacing the meters |
Our customers are industrial plants, utilities, system integrators, EPCs and energy service companies.
Our products are not separate, unrelated systems. They are built on a shared IoT foundation that connects field devices and standardises the data they produce. A new industry application reuses that foundation rather than rebuilding device access and data services from scratch.
That is why a meter reading project and a cable temperature monitoring project can be delivered by the same team, and why adding a new application does not mean starting over.
Most of what distinguishes our systems is not a feature list. It is a set of constraints we refuse to break. These apply across every product:
A monitoring system must not report "normal" when it could not measure. Where data, coverage, mapping or policy is insufficient, our systems return an explicit "cannot determine" verdict rather than defaulting to "no anomaly found".
Equally: we do not disguise anomalous values as normal values. Data quality (missing, delayed, estimated, duplicated, anomalous) is displayed, not smoothed away. And a missing meter is never reported as a loss — the unmeasured part is not silently called physical loss.
This is the single most damaging failure mode in industrial monitoring. A system that says "all clear" because it lost its sensor is worse than no system at all.
No verdict is issued without: object, time, location, value, trend, data quality, coverage, limitations — and a recommended action. A recommendation must state its trigger condition, the data it is based on, the proposed measure, the estimated benefit, and the risk.
Capability is not inflated according to sampling density. Where a figure belongs to the sensing device rather than the platform, we say so rather than quoting it as our own. Performance figures that describe design intent are labelled as design targets, not as measured results.
High-risk operations are denied by default. Our systems do not trip breakers, interrupt supply or shed load. Device commands carry a validity period, an idempotent identity and a full audit trail. A released policy is immutable, and no algorithm silently modifies it.
These constraints are why our systems can be connected to live industrial processes. A monitoring system that might act on its own is a risk, not an asset.

| We supply | System integrators, automation contractors, EPCs, energy service companies and utilities |
| On end customers | If you are delivering a project for an end customer, we work as your supplier and do not approach your customer |
| Samples | For meter reading products we can quote a chargeable sample unit so you can validate recognition on your own instruments before a rollout |
| Correspondence | Chinese and English |
| Technical support | Provided remotely from China. We do not currently have overseas service offices — if on-site presence is a requirement, tell us early and we will say honestly whether we can meet it |
We build cable and tunnel temperature monitoring systems and meter reading products that connect existing instruments to digital systems, for industrial and utility customers; we also develop a multi-level energy management platform.
We supply meter reading cameras and edge computing boxes, and we build the software platform for fibre optic temperature monitoring. For temperature sensing we work with the DTS sensing device you or your project specifies, and provide the monitoring, mapping and evidence layer.
Our core team has 12 years of industry experience in this field. We publish cumulative project experience (approximately 800 projects including equipment supply and system integration) rather than company age.
Shenzhen, China. We do not publish a street address.
Not at present. We are transparent about this: certification is required for some markets and we do not claim to hold it. If your project requires a specific certification, tell us and we will say whether we can meet it rather than waste your time. See the product pages for what is currently verifiable.
Contact us to discuss. We would rather agree the scope of an audit in advance than have you arrive with expectations we cannot meet.
We can describe project types and the conditions they involved. We do not disclose client identities without their written authorisation.
Tell us what you are trying to monitor — the site, the instruments or cables involved, and what the data needs to connect to. We will tell you whether it is something we can help with.
