The failure mode is always the same: a joint or a section heats up slowly, and by the time it is obvious, it is an incident.
A distributed temperature sensing (DTS) device measures along the fibre and produces a distance-temperature profile. What operators actually need is the layer above it — a cable name, a severity, the evidence behind the conclusion, and what to do next.

Old plants and water networks are full of mechanical water meters, gas meters and pointer-type panel instruments with no communication interface at all. The usual options are to replace every meter (shutting off supply, breaking pipework, spending capital) or to keep sending people to read them.
There is a third option: read the meters where they are. We supply industrial reading cameras and edge boxes that observe the meter face, recognise the reading on-device, and publish it over Modbus RTU.

Most of what distinguishes our systems is not a feature list. It is a set of constraints:
Never make bad data look good. Where data, coverage, mapping or policy is insufficient, our systems return an explicit "cannot determine" rather than defaulting to "no anomaly found". A monitoring system that reports "all clear" because it lost its sensor is worse than no system at all.
Every conclusion carries its evidence. No verdict is issued without the object, time, location, value, trend, data quality, coverage, limitations — and a recommended action.
Do not overstate measurement capability. Capability is not inflated according to sampling density, and figures that describe design intent are labelled as design targets, not as measured results.
Never take an action the operator has not authorised. High-risk operations are denied by default. Our systems do not trip breakers, interrupt supply or shed load.

We supply system integrators, automation contractors, EPCs, energy service companies and utilities.
If you are delivering a project for an end customer, we work as your supplier and do not approach your customer. For meter reading we can quote a chargeable sample unit so you can validate recognition on your own instruments before a rollout.
And we will tell you when you do not need a new system. If your existing DTS hardware measures correctly and the problem is the layer above it, that is a software project, not a capital purchase.
